Infrared Sauna
We utilize Clearlight saunas - physician-designed, low EMF, infrared heat. Sauna sessions are believed to cleanse the body and mind, though perspiration and meditation. Ice cold water, chilled eucalyptus cloth, and clean towels are always included. Treat yourself weekly in one of our spacious and private sauna suites to maintain the benefits.
Red Light Therapy
Jacuzzi red light panels are calibrated and tested to provide the specific wavelength of red light that is best absorbed and utilized by the mitochondria in cells. A weekly 30-minute session can aid cellular turnover, boost healing, and improve the appearance of skin.
